Thank you for shopping at IdentiFur. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions and processes for returning items purchased from IdentiFur.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item does not need to be in its original packaging but must be the main product itself.

Refunds

To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected]. We will review your complaint and respond accordingly. If your return is approved, we will refund your purchase price to the original method of payment. There are no restocking fees or other additional charges.

Exchanges

If your pet ID band or tag is damaged or illegible, we offer exchanges. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at the same email address as refunds: [email protected]. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product to you, but the cost of returning the original item to us will be your responsibility.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.
